psychological assessment center leads to success
A
psychological assessment center, that guarantees a good evaluation
and profound analysis of the candidates, has been developed and
adjusted for the Romanian market.
Selection
Procedure
1.
Preselection
- the candidate will be evaluated in terms of reliability,
communication skills and knowledge of foreign languages.
2.
Group
interview – Evaluation of behavior within the group. Reevaluation
of the language but also the technical and/or sales skills .
Computer know-how or other particular knowledge will be thoroughly
tested on demand.
3.
Written
evaluation - the most important criteria are the self-evaluation of
the candidates' abilities, talents and personality traits, which
are tested and audited using cross-check questions.

Personal Interview
5.
Following the information assessment - mostly 3 - candidates will be
presented to the employer.
