Romrecruiting is trademark and part of the Marketing-Austria S.R.L., established in 2005 and specialized in recruiting up to the middle management.
Romrecruiting caters mainly, but not exclusively, to international operating companies, operating business and subsidiaries in Bucharest, Ploiesti, Pitesti and Brasov. Our services will be offered soon for further areas in Romania.

Competence and Experience
The founders of Romrecruiting were provider of one of the biggest private callcenters in Austria. Because of the explosive growth of the domain, they were constrained in a very short time to increase and hold the amount and the quality of the staff.
Psychologically based Assessment Center
The requirement of short terms made it necessary to develop a psychologically based assessment center for the communication domain.
The method has been transferred also to Romania and into romanian language, granting a good possibility for the rating and analysis of the candidates.
Selection Procedure
The first selection is made by phone. The candidates are evaluated in terms of reliablity, communication skills, and knowledge of foreign languages.
In the second part of the selection procedure, the candidates are invited to a group interview in order to evaluate their behavior inside a group. During this process the language but also the technical and the sales skills are tested again. Computer know how or other special knowledge can be tested more specifficly on demand.
The most important criteria in the written test are the self-evaluation of the abilities, the talents and the personality traits of the candidates, which are tested and audited by cross-check questions.
After this part of the selection process, followed by a personal interview and the selection of the written assessment part, mostly three candidates are presented to the client.
